Fish for your Family

Fish for your Family Booklet Cover

    Recipes

Looking for easy, nutritious, delicious yet economical meals for your family?

Then look no further than your local Seafood Circle member. There you’ll find a wide range of locally sourced fish and shellfish served by knowledgeable, helpful staff who will be more than happy to advise you.

Ask them to introduce you to some of the lesser used varieties of fish like pollock, gurnard, ling and smoked mackerel - fish that taste delicious and offer value for money. You can easily swap one variety of fish for another in most recipes, so don’t be afraid to experiment.

Simple dishes like salmon burgers and goujons are packed full of goodness and will go down a treat with your little ones while the big kids will love a hearty chowder or a quick and easy tortilla.

Fish is a real superfood, a powerhouse of nutrition. It is an excellent source of protein, minerals and vitamins, and the most natural source of essential Omega 3.
