- Category Management
Integrated product category plans are prepared annually as a basis for the strategic management of the sector. The plans include in depth value chain analysis of the six key species; crab, prawns, mussels, salmon, whitefish and pelagic.
- Company Brand Development
Customers are led through a step by step process on analysing and developing their brand in the market place. As part of this process the market is analysed in terms of size, competitors, distribution and trends. The BRI section then liaises with an external brand consultant to ensure the new or current brand is focused on the correct market segment. A test marketing service is also available to assist in this area.
