• Retail & Food Service Programme
  
  The Retail & Food Service Programme assists retail and food service sectors to deliver quality seafood and informed service to customers thus developing an awareness and appreciation of superior quality fish. Close liaison with the main players, and their representative organisations, will offer the opportunities to identify gaps in knowledge and develop strategies to enhance capabilities. Services will, in general, be offered on an individual basis and where appropriate on a more general level and will include one-on-one mentoring on all aspects of seafood retailing as well as education & dissemination of information to the foodservice sector.

• BIM Seafood Circle
  
  BIM Seafood Circle provides an umbrella for many of the activities and recognises retailers and operators who excel in seafood sourcing, handling, quality and presentation.
