BIM Organisation Structure

The Board

The Board of BIM comprises six directors including a Chairman, who are appointed by the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The Board determines BIM's policies and programmes in the context of EU/National policy and oversees their implementation. The Board exercises its corporate governance role including responsibility for financial statements and annual reports.

Development Divisions

The organisation of BIM is structured as four Development Divisions and a Secretariat each of which has a Manager reporting to the Chief Executive. The CEO also directs the planning, information, communications, freedom of information and human resources functions. The structure is as follows:
