Nutrition with Sarah

Sarah Keogh our consultant dietitian will provide you with a seasonal feature on the nutritional aspects of fish. The latest of these features is Fish: The Ultimate Brain Food?>> and Fish From Tummy to Toddler >>

Sarah Keogh, B.Sc M.I.N.D.I., graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 1996 with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

She has worked in hospitals both in Ireland and the UK and was Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Bon Secours Hospital in Glasnevin for four years. Sarah currently works in private practice at the Albany Clinic in Dublin.
